We work with a network of local producers. Wherever possible, we use quality, local, seasonal ingredients. When sourcing our produce, we look for the best product, but we always start local.

Beef and lamb is sourced from our own family farm, located in Tebay village. Animals are naturally reared and grass fed to ensure happy animals and high quality produce.

Our fish is delivered fresh each day from Hodgson’s of Hartlepool. Every fish we serve can be traced right back to the individual vessel that caught it!

Our bread comes from the award winning MORE? Bakery in Staveley, where chef Patrick Moore’s integrity of ingredients and exceptional baking skills typify their high quality artisanal produce.
