Local Produce
As a company, our commitment to locally sourced food has been taken the extra mile, with the introduction of our Farm Shops and Butchers counters which are quite literally a five minute stroll from the hotel.
Within the first year of trading the farm shops won the prestigious title of Britain’s Best Local Retailer in the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards and in 2008 made it to the final 3 of the Farm Shop of the Year category in the prestigious Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards 2008, after opening the first and only butcher’s counter on a British motorway. The shops stock an impressive selection of products including food from 82 local producers, 33 cheeses from the British Isles, 12 British Taste Award winners, locally reared meat and game, fresh vegetables and freshly baked bread - the list is endless!

and of course all the beef and lamb comes from our own farm in Orton, only a couple of miles from the hotel.
