The Westmorland Hotel is proud to offer three superb venues for your Lake District Civil Ceremony Wedding:
The Conservatory - for up to 40 guests (pictured above)
The Martindale Room - for up to 80 guests
The Bretherdale Suite - for up to 150 guests

Exclusive Use
Imagine having your very own hotel for the day, where you and your wedding party are the only guests and our full attention is on making this the best day of your life.
What does exclusive use include?
- 50 contemporary bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms
- A delicious Cumbrian breakfast the following morning (based on 2 adults per room)
- From 2pm on your wedding day until 2pm the following day the only people in the hotel will be those you have invited.
- Complimentary accommodation for the bride & groom on your wedding night
- Additional rooms which can be used as a childrens play room, luggage store or safe place for all your presents
- The guarantee you will be the only bride for miles around
- Full use of the whole hotel for photo opportunities
Reception
Our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you have the Wedding Day of your dreams. We can tailor make a reception to suit your needs, catering from 4 to 150 guests.
